What are your payment terms?

Standard orders:

  • 50% deposit required to begin production

  • Balance due before shipping/pickup

New clients (first 3 orders):

  • 100% payment required upfront

Rush orders:

  • 100% payment required upfront

Established clients with approved credit:

  • Net 15 terms available (payment due within 15 days of invoice)

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Bank transfer/ACH (Zelle, Venmo Business, PayPal)

  • Credit/debit cards (3% processing fee)

  • Cash (for local pickup only)

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Before production begins (artwork phase):

  • Full refund minus $25 administrative fee if canceled within 24 hours of deposit

  • Design changes are free

After production begins (proof approved):

  • No refunds on deposit

  • Changes may be possible but may incur additional fees (some cases, no charge)

  • You're responsible for costs incurred


After production completed:

  • No cancellations or refunds

  • Full payment is due

What if I'm not happy with the final product?

Your satisfaction is important to us!

Our guarantee:

  • We'll remake items with print defects at no charge

  • You must report issues within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation

What's covered:

  • Print defects (incomplete prints, smearing, wrong colors)

  • Wrong designs or text errors (on our part)

  • Damaged garments received

What's not covered:

  • Subjective preferences ("I don't like how it looks" after approving proof)

  • Client errors in provided artwork or information

  • Damage after delivery or improper care

  • Natural fabric variations or color differences

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only provided for:

  • Orders canceled before production begins (minus administrative fee)

  • Defective products due to our error (full refund or remake)

Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after proof approval

  • Events that get canceled

  • Ordering wrong sizes (always double-check your size breakdown!)
