Shipping policy

Overview

We ship all orders via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable delivery across the United States. Shipping costs are

calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping fees are the

responsibility of the customer.

Production & Processing Time

Before your order ships, it goes through our production process. Please allow 1–3 business days for

production after your order proof has been approved. Production time does not include transit time.

• Production begins only after written client approval is received

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

• Large or complex orders may require additional production time — we will notify you in advance

Your total delivery window = Production time (1–3 business days) + Carrier transit time.

have a carrier preference, please note it at the time of order and we will accommodate when possible.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on:

Rush & Expedited Orders

We understand that some orders are time-sensitive. Rush production and expedited shipping options are

available upon request.

Rush and expedited orders may carry additional fees. Please contact us directly to discuss your deadline and we

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or your preferred contact method.

You can use this number to track your package directly on the UPS or USPS website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your approved proof, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to UPS or USPS, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. We are not

responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or packages lost in transit. However, we will assist

you in filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or significantly delayed.

• Contact us with your order number and tracking information

• We will work with the carrier on your behalf to locate or resolve the issue

• Replacement orders for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis
