ORDERING & PRICING

How do I place an order?

Contact us via [email/phone/website] with the following information:

• What you want printed (your design or description)

• Garment type (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

• Quantity needed

• Sizes and colors

• Your deadline

We'll provide a quote within 24 hours and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 7 pieces per design. This allows us to set up equipment efficiently while keeping costs reasonable for you.

For orders under 7 pieces, we can discuss options, but pricing may be higher per piece.

How much does custom printing cost?

Pricing depends on several factors:

• Quantity (more pieces = lower cost per piece)

• Number of print locations (front only vs. front and back)

• Colors in design (more colors = higher cost for screen printing)

• Garment type (basic tees vs. premium hoodies)

• Print method (screen print, heat transfer, vinyl, DTF)

General pricing ranges:

• Basic 1-color screen print on standard tee: $12-18/piece

• Multi-color front & back: $18-28/piece

• Premium garments with complex designs: $25-45/piece

Do you provide the shirts or do I need to supply them?

We provide all garments unless you specifically request otherwise. We work with quality blank suppliers to ensure you get the best products.

We DO NOT print on provided apparel, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I see my design before you print it?

Yes, absolutely! We provide a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the product. You must approve this proof before we begin production.

This ensures there are no surprises and gives you a chance to request changes to placement, size, or colors.

How long does it take to complete my order?

Standard turnaround: 10-14 business days from proof approval and deposit payment

Rush orders: 5-7 business days (25% rush fee applies)

Same week rush: 2-4 business days (50% rush fee applies)

Turnaround time starts when we receive your deposit and you approve the final proof. We'll give you a specific completion date when you place your order.

What if I need my order sooner than your standard turnaround?

We offer rush services for an additional fee. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability. Rush orders require 100% payment upfront and are subject to our production schedule.

Peak seasons (spring sports, summer events, fall back-to-school) can limit rush availability, so plan ahead when possible.

DESIGN & ARTWORK

I don't have a design. Can you create one for me?

Yes! We offer design services. Depending on complexity:

• Simple text-based designs: Often included with order

• Logo recreation/cleanup: $25-50

• Custom design work: $50-150+

Tell us your vision, and we'll work with you to create something great.

What file format should I send my artwork?

Best formats:

• Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) - these give the best quality

• High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum, transparent background preferred)

Also acceptable:

• High-resolution JPG files (300 DPI minimum)

• Large, clear photos of logos or designs

Please avoid:

• Screenshots or low-resolution images

• Images pulled from websites (usually too small)

• Highly compressed files

If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll let you know if it will work or if we need something different.

Can you print photos or complex images?

Yes, using our DTF (Direct-to-Film) or sublimation processes, we can print full-color photos and complex designs.

The best results come from high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI at the size you want printed). We'll review your image and let you know if quality will be acceptable.

What if my logo or design isn't high enough quality?

We'll let you know during the quoting process if your artwork needs improvement. Options include:

• We can recreate/redraw your logo (design fee applies)

• You can provide a better quality file

• We can print what you have with a disclaimer about quality limitations

We'll never print something that won't meet your expectations without discussing it first.

What colors can you print?

We can print virtually any color! We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for color accuracy or can match colors from your provided artwork.

Important notes:

• Colors may vary slightly between screen/print due to fabric absorption

• White prints on dark garments sometimes show slight texture

• Some neon/metallic colors work better with specific print methods

We'll discuss color options when reviewing your proof.

What types of products can you print on?

We print on a wide variety of items:

• Apparel: T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, polo shirts, jackets

• Accessories: Tote bags, hats, beanies (availability may vary)

• Other items: Contact us for specialty items

If you have something specific in mind, just ask!

Can I choose specific brands or styles?

Absolutely! If you have a preferred brand or style, let us know. We can source most major blank apparel brands.

If you want to try different brands before ordering in bulk, we can provide sample blanks (cost of blank + shipping applies).

What sizes do you offer?

Standard sizes: Youth S-XL, Adult S-5XL

Extended sizes (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are available for most styles at a slightly higher cost.

Special sizes (tall sizes, women's fitted cuts, etc.) can usually be sourced - just ask!

Do you offer different shirt colors?

Yes! Most styles come in 20-50+ colors. Popular options include:

• Basics: Black, White, Gray, Navy, Royal Blue, Red

• Trending: Heather colors, pastels, earth tones, neons

• Specialty: Tie-dye, camouflage, vintage washes

We'll show you available colors when quoting your order.

PRINTING METHODS

What printing methods do you use?

We offer multiple printing techniques:

Screen Printing:

• Best for bulk orders (12+ pieces)

• Vibrant, durable, cost-effective for large quantities

• Ideal for simple designs with solid colors

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV):

• Great for small orders or single pieces

• Perfect for names, numbers, simple designs

• Durable and available in many colors/finishes

Direct-to-Film (DTF):

• Full-color printing capability

• Great for complex designs and photos

• Works on various fabric types

• Good for small to medium orders

Heat Press Transfers:

• Quick turnaround for small orders

• Good for detailed designs

• Various specialty finishes available

We'll recommend the best method for your specific project.

Which method is best for my order?

It depends on your needs:

• Large quantity, simple design? Screen printing

• Small quantity, full color? DTF or heat transfer

• Names and numbers? Vinyl (HTV)

• Photos or complex art? DTF

We'll guide you to the best option based on your design, quantity, and budget.

How durable is the printing?

All our printing methods are designed to last when properly cared for:

• Screen printing: 50+ washes with proper care

• DTF: 30-50+ washes

• Quality vinyl: 30-50+ washes

Durability depends heavily on following care instructions (see below).

PAYMENT & POLICIES

What are your payment terms?

Standard orders:

• 50% deposit required to begin production

• Balance due before shipping/pickup

New clients (first 3 orders):

• 100% payment required upfront

Rush orders:

• 100% payment required upfront

Established clients with approved credit:

• Net 15 terms available (payment due within 15 days of invoice)

What payment methods do you accept?

• Bank transfer/ACH (Zelle, Venmo Business, PayPal)

• Credit/debit cards (3% processing fee)

• Cash (for local pickup only)

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Before production begins (artwork phase):

• Full refund minus $25 administrative fee if canceled within 24 hours of deposit

• Design changes are free

After production begins (proof approved):

• No refunds on deposit

• Changes may be possible but may incur additional fees (some cases, no charge)

• You're responsible for costs incurred

After production completed:

• No cancellations or refunds

• Full payment is due

What if I'm not happy with the final product?

Your satisfaction is important to us!

Our guarantee:

• We'll remake items with print defects at no charge

• You must report issues within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation

What's covered:

• Print defects (incomplete prints, smearing, wrong colors)

• Wrong designs or text errors (on our part)

• Damaged garments received

What's not covered:

• Subjective preferences ("I don't like how it looks" after approving proof)

• Client errors in provided artwork or information

• Damage after delivery or improper care

• Natural fabric variations or color differences

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only provided for:

• Orders canceled before production begins (minus administrative fee)

• Defective products due to our error (full refund or remake)

Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after proof approval

• Events that get canceled

• Ordering wrong sizes (always double-check your size breakdown!)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship orders?

Yes! We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and urgency.

Shipping costs:

• Calculated based on weight, size, and destination

• Added to final invoice

• Expedited shipping available for additional cost

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available and saves you shipping costs. We'll notify you when your order is ready, and you can schedule a pickup time.

Pickup must occur within 7 days of completion or storage fees apply ($10/day, max $100).

How will I know when my order is ready?

We'll contact you via email/text/phone when your order is complete and ready for pickup or has been shipped.

For shipped orders, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue:

• Shipping damage: We'll help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacements

• Production damage: We'll remake affected items at no charge

You must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I wash my custom printed items?

To maximize the life of your custom apparel:

Washing:

• Turn garments inside out before washing

• Wash in cold water (or warm maximum)

• Use mild detergent (avoid bleach)

• Wash with similar colors

• Don't overload the washing machine

Drying:

• Tumble dry on low heat, or

• Air dry (best option for longevity)

• Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles

• Never iron directly on the print

Don'ts:

• No bleach or harsh chemicals

• No dry cleaning

• No fabric softener on prints

• No ironing directly on design (use pressing cloth if needed)

Following these instructions will help your custom prints last 50+ washes!

Can I iron my custom printed shirts?

Yes, but with caution:

• Always turn garment inside out

• Use a pressing cloth or towel over the design

• Use low to medium heat

• Never iron directly on the print

Better option: Hang immediately after drying to minimize wrinkles.

What if the print starts to crack or peel?

Some minor cracking over time is normal wear, especially with heavy washing. To minimize this:

• Follow care instructions carefully

• Don't stretch the fabric excessively while wet

• Avoid high heat drying

If significant cracking occurs within the first few washes, contact us - this may indicate a curing issue we'll address.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Can you do embroidery?

We currently outsource embroidery to trusted partners. Embroidery is great for:

• Polo shirts and corporate wear

• Hats and bags

• Professional/upscale look

Embroidery typically requires higher minimums (12-24 pieces) and costs more than printing, but offers a premium appearance.

Do you do promotional products besides apparel?

We focus primarily on custom apparel, but we have access to promotional product suppliers for:

• Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, water bottles)

• Bags and accessories

• Tech items

• And more

Ask us about your specific needs and we can provide options.

Can you match my existing team uniforms or company shirts?

We'll do our best! Provide us with:

• A sample garment (or clear photos)

• Brand and style name if known

• Color specifications

We'll match as closely as possible. Exact matches aren't always achievable if the original manufacturer discontinued the style or color.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! For orders over 50 pieces or recurring orders, we offer volume discounts. Contact us to discuss wholesale programs or bulk pricing for your organization.

Can you handle large corporate or event orders (100+ pieces)?

Absolutely! We regularly handle large orders for:

• Corporate events and trade shows

• School spirit wear

• Sports leagues and tournaments

• Fundraisers and charity events

• Family reunions and group events

For large orders, we'll provide a dedicated timeline, multiple approval points, and can arrange phased delivery if needed.

Do you do rush orders for next-day or same-day?

We evaluate rush requests case-by-case based on our production schedule.

Same-day/next-day is rarely possible due to the time required for proper curing and quality control.

2-4 business days is our fastest turnaround for rush orders, depending on complexity and quantity.
