How do I place an order?

We'll provide a quote within 24 hours and send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 7 pieces per design. This allows us to set up equipment efficiently while keeping costs reasonable for you.
For orders under 7 pieces, we can discuss options, but pricing may be higher per piece.
How much does custom printing cost?
Pricing depends on several factors:

Do you provide the shirts or do I need to supply them?
We provide all garments unless you specifically request otherwise. We work with quality blank suppliers to ensure you get the best products.
We DO NOT print on provided apparel, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Can I see my design before you print it?
Yes, absolutely! We provide a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the product. You must approve this proof before we begin production.
This ensures there are no surprises and gives you a chance to request changes to placement, size, or colors.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Standard turnaround: 10-14 business days from proof approval and deposit payment
Rush orders: 5-7 business days (25% rush fee applies)
Same week rush: 2-4 business days (50% rush fee applies)
Turnaround time starts when we receive your deposit and you approve the final proof. We'll give you a specific completion date when you place your order.
What if I need my order sooner than your standard turnaround?
We offer rush services for an additional fee. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability. Rush orders require 100% payment upfront and are subject to our production schedule.
Peak seasons (spring sports, summer events, fall back-to-school) can limit rush availability, so plan ahead when possible.
DESIGN & ARTWORK
I don't have a design. Can you create one for me?
Yes! We offer design services. Depending on complexity:

Simple text-based designs: Often included with order

Logo recreation/cleanup: $25-50

Custom design work: $50-150+

What file format should I send my artwork?
Best formats:

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) - these give the best quality

Large, clear photos of logos or designs

If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll let you know if it will work or if we need something different.
Can you print photos or complex images?
Yes, using our DTF (Direct-to-Film) or sublimation processes, we can print full-color photos and complex designs.
The best results come from high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI at the size you want printed). We'll review your image and let you know if quality will be acceptable.
What if my logo or design isn't high enough quality?
We'll let you know during the quoting process if your artwork needs improvement. Options include:

We can recreate/redraw your logo (design fee applies)

We can print what you have with a disclaimer about quality limitations
We'll never print something that won't meet your expectations without discussing it first.
What colors can you print?
We can print virtually any color! We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for color accuracy or can match colors from your provided artwork.
Important notes:

Colors may vary slightly between screen/print due to fabric absorption

White prints on dark garments sometimes show slight texture

Some neon/metallic colors work better with specific print methods

If you want to try different brands before ordering in bulk, we can provide sample blanks (cost of blank + shipping applies).
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes: Youth S-XL, Adult S-5XL
Extended sizes (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are available for most styles at a slightly higher cost.
Special sizes (tall sizes, women's fitted cuts, etc.) can usually be sourced - just ask!
Do you offer different shirt colors?
Yes! Most styles come in 20-50+ colors. Popular options include:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and urgency.
Shipping costs:

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available and saves you shipping costs. We'll notify you when your order is ready, and you can schedule a pickup time.
Pickup must occur within 7 days of completion or storage fees apply ($10/day, max $100).
How will I know when my order is ready?
We'll contact you via email/text/phone when your order is complete and ready for pickup or has been shipped.
For shipped orders, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue:

Shipping damage: We'll help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacements

Production damage: We'll remake affected items at no charge
You must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I wash my custom printed items?
To maximize the life of your custom apparel:
Washing:

Turn garments inside out before washing

Wash in cold water (or warm maximum)

Use mild detergent (avoid bleach)

Wash with similar colors

Don't overload the washing machine
Drying:

Can I iron my custom printed shirts?
Yes, but with caution:

Use low to medium heat

Never iron directly on the print
Better option: Hang immediately after drying to minimize wrinkles.
What if the print starts to crack or peel?
Some minor cracking over time is normal wear, especially with heavy washing. To minimize this:

Don't stretch the fabric excessively while wet

Avoid high heat drying
If significant cracking occurs within the first few washes, contact us - this may indicate a curing issue we'll address.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! For orders over 50 pieces or recurring orders, we offer volume discounts. Contact us to discuss wholesale programs or bulk pricing for your organization.
Can you handle large corporate or event orders (100+ pieces)?
Absolutely! We regularly handle large orders for:

2-4 business days is our fastest turnaround for rush orders, depending on complexity and quantity.
